17 Aug Tread Lightly! announces the WBCCI Foundation as its newest Official Partner

NORTH SALT LAKE, UT. (Aug 17, 2023)— Tread Lightly!, a U.S.-based nonprofit dedicated to promoting responsible outdoor recreation through stewardship and educational programs, announced the Wally Byam Caravan Club International (WBCCI) Foundation as its newest Official Partner.

As an Official Partner of Tread Lightly!, the WBCCI Foundation will support Tread Lightly!’s mission to protect off-road trail access and public lands through stewardship projects and responsible recreation education.

The WBCCI Foundation has a mission to “support and protect the natural environment enjoyed by Airstream owners through partnership with other non-profit organizations that educate on best practices for individuals who enjoy outdoor activities.”

“Thank you to the WBCCI Foundation for seeing the value in aligning its mission with Tread Lightly!’s,” said Matt Caldwell, Executive Director of Tread Lightly!. “We’re proud to work with conservation minded Airstream owners who want to Protect the Adventure.”

The WBCCI Foundation named Tread Lightly! as one of its Global Impact Non-Profit Partners, where a percentage of the funds collected are equally distributed between non-profits with missions that align with its own. This year, Tread Lightly! received $4,500.

“The WBCCI Foundation representing “Airstream Owners Giving Back” was proud to present Tread Lightly!, one of our Global Impact Partners, with a donation of $4,500 to continue their mission,” says WBCCI Foundation Board Member, Dendy Jarrett. “We were also pleased to have them present an education seminar to members at the 66th Airstream Club International Rally in Rock Springs, Wyoming.”
