08 Apr Tread Lightly! and HCF Motorsports Launch 2024 “Protect the Fun” Jeep Giveaway
NORTH SALT LAKE, UT. (April 8, 2024)— Tread Lightly!, a national nonprofit organization responsible for promoting responsible off-road recreation, today announced its third “Protect the Fun” Jeep Giveaway in collaboration with HCF Motorsports and Giving is Better.
One winner will take home a custom 2024 Jeep Rubicon, valued at $90,000, and a cash prize to cover travel expenses. All funds raised will be donated to support Tread Lightly!’s mission to promote responsible motorized recreation through stewardship projects and education. Entrees can be obtained by donating as little as $5, joining as a Tread Lightly! member or purchasing a 2024 Protect the Fun Giveaway shirt. The giveaway will run through November 15, 2024.
“We are once again incredibly thankful to the HCF Motorsports team, Giving is Better, and the industry partners involved for their support of our mission through the Protect the Fun Giveaway,” said Matt Caldwell, Executive Director of Tread Lightly!. “We’d like to give a special thank you to Hollie and her team for the work and time dedicated to building a dream Jeep for one lucky Tread Lightly! supporter.”
HCF Motorsports is owned and operated by one of the nation’s leading OHV drivers, Hollie Fowler, and serves as a one-stop-shop for off-road lifestyle merchandise and content about the vehicles built and maintained by Hollie and her husband Walter.
Fowler and the HCF Team have once again set out to build a “dream Jeep” with support from industry partners such as BFGoodrich Tires, RPM Steering, Fox, Crawltek, R1 Concepts, Artec Industries, Rigid Industries, KMC Wheels, Tom Woods Custom Drive Shafts, Combat Offroad, WARN, PSC Steering, Yankum Ropes and onX Offroad. The Jeep itself was once again donated by the Giving is Better organization.
“I’m grateful to every partner who has joined us on our mission to support Tread Lightly! by donating parts and support to these giveaway builds,” said HCF Motorsports President Hollie Fowler. “We have a shared responsibility as enthusiasts to ensure that the access to public land that we enjoy today is also available to future generations and this campaign will directly fund programs that help keep our trails open and accessible for decades to come.”
