Description: This project was funded by Can-Am Off-Road. Can-Am has committed to funding trail stewardship projects in partnership with Tread Lightly! to help maintain and improve access to public lands and off-road trails.

On September 23, 2023, National Public Lands Day, 12 volunteers gathered at a snowy Summerhouse Gulch to install 1,200 feet of jackleg fencing to help protect a habitat used by native elk herds and allow access to motorized vehicles.

A special thank you to Can-Am Off-Road, for providing the Defender Pro series UTV to haul materials, transport volunteers, and get the TL! Team to this site.
