Bethany Dudley

Bethany works in Learning & Development at Apple, where she helps design and deliver programs that empower employees to learn, grow, and innovate. She previously led a User Experience Research team at Apple and brings a deep background in product strategy and human-centered design to her work.

Bethany holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from San José State University, where she specialized in Experimental Psychology and Research—a foundation that continues to guide her empathetic, people-focused approach to leadership and learning. Outside of work,

Bethany is an avid adventurer who finds joy in exploring the wild places of the American West. She’s happiest camping under the stars, hiking with family, or navigating backroads through mountain passes and desert canyons. She’s also just a handful of parks away from completing her goal to visit every U.S. National Park. She lives in the Santa Cruz Mountains with her husband, Cole, their two sons, Gus and Mack, and their dog, Judy.
